Return Policy:
Within 7 days of receipt of purchase you may return your reversible bag for a refund minus shipping costs. Cat items are NOT returnable, no exceptions. Contact us via Email before initiating a return.
Every bag is hand checked before shipment, therefore the original tag must still be on the bag. The bag must be in the condition it was in when shipped.
Exceptions to the return policy are: The product has been used, misused, or was damaged other than in shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SALES:
We accept Paypal to confirmed Paypal addesses only. We also accept international money orders in, US Dollars. No personal checks, please. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
